Make your own remote spray can trigger
OK this is cool, a simple build to print out to trigger a spray can. Only issue I can see is the clip that attaches to it could wear out. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1496622

Quieting a cheap projector
OK first I can’t believe how cheap projectors have gotten. The author paid $60 for this. I remember paying $600 in the past. Anyways the fan on it was really loud and didnt’ work well, so the author make a … Continue reading

Nice dog automated feeder
What I liked about this one is the use of an auger to move the food out. Most of the ones I have seen involve some trap door combo thing that looks messy. Oh it uses an arduino as the … Continue reading
Nifty 3D printed out electric generator
Pretty neat build. But…uses alot of copper wire and magnets, I think its cheaper than buying a dymo, not sure by how much. http://www.3ders.org/articles/20160305-3d-printed-pmg-generator-has-everything-you-need-to-power-a-50w-lightbulb.html

Convert tablets with broken digitizers to MAME based cabinet systems
Pretty cool build, but…how the heck did he wire in the joystick? Ah found a bit on it. He used a PS1 controller with a PS1 to USB adapter. http://www.mameau.com/mame-cablet-android-based-mame-cabinet/

Got a bunch of extra 2×4’s, make some easy lawn chairs
Guess they are a form of a viking chair. Nice build either way. Only thing I can think of is its alot of wood to use up for a chair, so I would only do this if I had enough … Continue reading

Make a Drawbot out of 2 CDROMs, a Servo, and an RPi
I think using an RPi here is a bit overkill (what no arduino?). But still this is a nice simple build you could do for a drawbot. And I think this design is easier to put together than some of … Continue reading
