Another simple face plate build

Bit nicer than some other ones as the author adds in padding. https://www.instructables.com/Face-Shield-Visor-for-COVID-19-Frontline-Workers/

Fancy tablesaw cross cut with dust collection

Pretty fancy cross cut sled. I like to look at it, but I don’t think I will ever get around to making something this fancy. https://www.instructables.com/TABLE-SAW-CROSS-CUT-SLED-W-STOP-BLOCK-DUST-COLLECT/

Simple kit to make your own magnetic stirrer

Nice build, the case is 3D printed, and the electronics are all sourced parts. Figure this would cost about $10-15 dollars each. That said I got curious and looked to see if I could get one already made for less. … Continue reading

Sharp looking CDROM to CNC build

Most of these builds are, well pretty ugly, this one is pretty clean and seems to be more accurate than most other CDROM to CNC builds. I did learn how you can now get an arduino nano with CNC shield … Continue reading

Nice mods to fix up a cheap trim router

The author did a nice job with the shim and new base for a trim router. However the trim router itself doesn’t look too bad. I have a Harbor Freight special that is a lot worse shape. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/how-turn-crappy-router-into-good-one-coke-83402?homelistings#post173450

Beautiful miter saw stand

https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/miter-saw-stand-video-83377?homelistings#post173344 Its a nice piece of work the author did to have a hand made miter saw (portable) stand. Me…way too much work, I have a cheap ryobi one I bought and have modified to my needs.

Nice video write-up on a belt sander

No welding involved. The author also have videos on how to convert the washing machine motor over for use. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/make-belt-sander-%40washing-machine-motor-82874?homelistings#post171395

Another 3D printed mask

Only issue with 3D printed masks is you can have an N95 filter in them, but they could be “leaking” thru the print itself. But still a nice build. https://www.instructables.com/Crowd-Mask-10/

Make your own Giant Hands

I am impressed with this build. Not only do the hands look good, but the work. Could be a good add for a costume for Sweet Home. https://www.instructables.com/Building-Giant-Articulated-Hands-carved-From-Wood-/

Neat 3D printed eye

I know what I will be looking at making next halo ween…well when I get my 3D printer back on line. Nice build to “automate” a moving eye. https://www.instructables.com/A-Halloween-Pumpkin-With-a-Moving-Animatronic-Eye-/
