3D printed face mask that looks like a cyclone
I saw this one and all I could thing of is battlestar galactica. https://www.instructables.com/100-3D-Printed-Covid-Mask/

Nice write up on a CNC buil
The author used a kit called the ARCO Openbuilds CNC, which seems to be a pre prepped kit for the hardware part of the CNC, but you have to put it together, and add in the drill/laser/etc etc. Interesting build … Continue reading

Nice cord wind up build
Nicer than the one I made anyways. I like how the author built in a stop on it too keep it from unwinding. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/extension-cable-reel-making-diy-video-83756?homelistings#post174931
Nice base station for a pocket hole jig
The author is using the XK-2, a knockoff from Kreg jigs that looks more impressive, and cheaper. Its a nice setup. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/pocket-hole-workstation-cabinet-base-83751?homelistings#post174901
Electric planer jig
I got a kick out of this jig, basically its taking your hand held electric planer and making it into a shaper of sorts, so you can plain straight, flat edges. Rather clever build.

Building a ghetto HEPA Filter
Tape some furnace filters into a box shape and put a box fan on top, bang, you have a HEPA filter. I just got a kick out of this build so posted it up. https://www.instructables.com/House-Air-Purifier-COVID-Virus-Under-100/

Uses for junk screwdrivers
I like the bit where he takes the handles off the drivers and puts them on files and other things. Not so sure I would make o-ring picks like he did (get them pretty cheap at Harbor Freight). https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/tools-made-old-screwdrivers-video-83162?homelistings#post172463
Another simple bench sander
This build is not fancy like a lot of others, the author uses a furnace blower motor for the main drive and its “fan” to mount sandpaper too. Its pretty straight forward and simple build to do. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/bench-sander-furnace-inducer-motor-video-83163?homelistings#post172464
3D print an exhaust filter for 3M masks
I ironically have one of these masks, mostly for shop work, but I like the adapter build I can add onto it so the exhaust filter can be used. https://www.instructables.com/3M-Respirator-Exhaust-Valve-Filter/

A better taping jig for the table saw
This author built a jig similar to the one from yesterday, but found it was a bit unsafe, so built the slider based one. https://www.instructables.com/A-Much-Safer-Table-Saw-Taper-Jig/
