Copy a key in minutes
Good write-up for future spies (just remember to wipe the soot off the original key when done. I read this and thought that you could use an old giftcard as the “spare” in addition to a soda can, etc. http://www.instructables.com/id/Copy-a-Key-in-Minutes/
Make a Glove-a-Trombone
I almost fell over on this one. The author does a good job on the build that involves a tube, straw, duct tape, and a rubber glove. This wpuld be a fun kids project http://www.instructables.com/id/Glove-a-Trombone/

Good write-up on how to setup your Raspberry Pi to mine for bitcoins. But….is it worth it? The CPU cycles the RPi has are pretty low so you would need a bunch of these to even come close to the … Continue reading

Hum, OK if you only have micro-switches around and old wheels. Good Garage Door open/closed sensor

3D print RC car tracks for your car
Cool build. The author designed the tracks to fit on RC cars instead of tires. looks like they work pretty good. The only down side, it sounds like printing out the track can take a very long time. http://www.instructables.com/id/RC-car-tracks-in-110-scale/

5 Apps to get after rooting your phone
Stumbled on this article while doing some other research. I like Titanium backup (haven’t tried it yet, but sounds nice). Root Explorer, and AnTuTu CPU Master. http://www.maketecheasier.com/apps-install-after-rooting-android/

Another simple USB bluetooth to speaker conversion, but with built in power
At first I thought, yeah seen it. But…this time the author wired in the power and sound right into the powered speaker, so its all built in and self contained. http://www.instructables.com/id/Add-Bluetooth-to-any-dock-stereo-speaker/
