Xerox to be St. Louis’s meter maid

Xerox is taking over the meter maid / parking business for the city of Saint Louis. Sounds like part of the work will be to modernize the meters. http://news.stlpublicradio.org/post/st-louis-parking-meters-accept-credit-cards-smartphone-payments

Wow, Xerox Exec BOUGHT Xerox stock

I am not sure what is more suprising to me.  The fact that an Xerox exec, Robert Zapfel, bought 40,000 shares of stock outright.  Or that he has been the only Xerox exec to do so since 2008! http://www.techinsider.net/xerox-corp-xrx-insider-robert-zapfel-buys-40000-shares/1112336.html
