The poor mans electrolysis setup

I got a kick out of this one.  Only issue I saw was drilling holes thru rebar isn’t exactly easy.  Maybe a clamp would have been a better approach (hose clamp). http://www.instructables.com/id/Electrolysis-Bucket/

Laptop stand out of plywood

I like this build…but unless a shopbot is going to show up for free at my doorstep, I won’t be making one of these anytime soon.  My little homebrewed CNC’s would take months to get this cut out. http://www.instructables.com/id/A-Laptop-Stand-Out-of-Plywood/

Xerox makes and app for Denver

Its interesting to see the strange ties Xerox (Services) has with government organizations.  In this case they made an app for transporation and getting around in Denver. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160223006196/en/Denver-Pilots-Travel-App-Xerox-Grip-Urban

How to know if your kids are home

The first few choices are commercial stuff.  The last one, you use an RPi and a bluetooth sniffer that detects when there phone is at home.  And yes, this is on my list now. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/5-ways-alerted-kids-home-school/
