Build a robot to draw with

Actually the robot does all the drawing.  Its a nice write-up/design but, unless you have a CNC to cut out the frame, It maybe a little hard to do by hand. http://www.instructables.com/id/Drawbot-10/

Raspberry PI ROS, Picking on the Author

Interesting little write-up on using ROS (robotic OS) on a Raspberry Pi.  The author leaves out some details but its a good try. http://www.instructables.com/id/Raspberry-Pi-and-ROS-Robotic-Operating-System/?ALLSTEPS

Build a 3 LB battle Bot

I always had an interest in building a battle bot, just the cost (and destruction of it) kindof turned me off.  Oh and the time involved.  Anyways, nice write up if you want to build your own.  I can tell … Continue reading

Cool Looking Unicycle with an Arduino Controller

OK this is a cool looking self balancing unicycle that uses an arduino under the hood to manage balancing.  Would I build one?  Heck no… http://hackaday.com/2012/12/14/self-balancing-unicycle-using-arduino-and-sparkfun-imu/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+hackaday%2FLgoM+%28Hack+a+Day%29

Use a TP-Link as a camera broadcaster

OK something else to add to my list.  Why would this be useful, think cheap wireless camera.  I have some good  cameras that would be nice to “network” them.  And TP-link are cheap.  http://forums.openpilot.org/blog/52/entry-91-tp-link-wr703n-as-telemetry-link-and-camera-broadcasting-part3-video/ http://dangerousprototypes.com/2012/12/13/tp-link-wr703n-as-telemetry-link-and-camera-broadcasting-tutorial/
