Mini CNC with a bunch of CDROM drives
I like this build, mostly cause the frame is completely from CDROM frames. Well OK there is some wood on the bottom.Only issue I see is the clearance on the y axis is pretty low. http://www.instructables.com/id/Compact-CNC3D-Printer/

Good guide on power supplies for arduinos
Before you go thru your junk draw and recycle some of the wall warts for an arduino, you may want to read up on this article first. http://www.open-electronics.org/the-power-of-arduino-this-unknown/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+OpenElectronics+%28Open+Electronics%29
Using non-blocking functions instead of blocking with arduino
For most embedded systems developers, this is a given. Instead of “delay” in arduino its “sleep”. The author points out instead ot use a loop to do the toggling based on the time instead of blocking til the time runs … Continue reading

Simple Peristaltic pump
Nice pump that you can 3D print out and use with a stepper for precise control. All controlled with an arduino http://hackaday.com/2015/07/29/university-peristaltic-pump-has-hacker-heritage/ http://blogs.rsc.org/chipsandtips/2015/06/26/diy-peristaltic-pump/

Tutorial on the NRF24L01 2.4 Ghz transmitter
I wanted to bookmark this write-up cause these boards are cheap, and a good way to add wireless comm’s to an arduino project. BUT…not alot of good info out there about them. http://www.instructables.com/id/Wireless-Remote-Using-24-Ghz-NRF24L01-Simple-Tutor/
Oh this is going on my todo list, pool pressure sensor
On of the many items I work on is automating my pool. Right now everything is open loop, so I have no feedback on if anything is working or not. Not so sure I would use zigbee for communication, but … Continue reading
Simple tutorial on controlling a DC motor with an arduino
Good write up, only thing it drives the motor one way only. 🙂 http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-drive-a-DC-Motor-with-Transistor-Arduino-Tu/

Build an NeoPixel LED headband
Nice build with what looks like an ATiny like board. I know kids would like this better if it was a bit more seemless and the battery pack was easier to hide. http://www.instructables.com/id/NeoPixel-LED-Headband/

Another write-up on using Nokia 5110 display with arduino
I can’t get enough of these write-ups, as I have had way to many issues with wiring in these displays. http://www.instructables.com/id/Nokia-5110-graphics-tutorial/
Autopilot R/C boat
Interesting build where the author built an his own autopilot based boat. Using homebuilt arduinos and GPS. Pretty interesting build. http://hackaday.com/2015/06/01/simple-autonomy-with-an-rc-boat/
