DIY Concrete Mixer…bit complicated in gears

At first this looked like a pretty straight forward build, til you look at the gear setup in the rear for it.  From what I understand, its a good setup for a nice slow speed with lots of torque to spin a barrel full of concrete.  Me….that’s allot of work for those wooden gears.
