SPI Driver for Raspberry Pi
SPI or Serial Peripheral Interface is a common interface for embedded devices. The author writes up a nice tutorial for SPI and using RPi. http://louisthiery.com/spi-python-hardware-spi-for-raspi/

Atmega (Arduino) TV be gone
OK so you got an extra CPU for your arduino, here is a nice and “small” hack to make a TV be gone. This would be good for a joke to put into a friends house and have it go … Continue reading

Build a battle bot that can take care of itself
Small, some parts could be swapped out with cheaper solutions, except that arduino stuff 🙂 Either way this build is nice since it could smash the other bots on its own (without user control). http://www.instructables.com/id/My-Mini-Sumobot-500g-Prototype/
An Arduino O-Scope
Nice write-up on how to build an oscilliscope with an arduino. Won’t get record recordings on it, but it will do the job on the cheap if you need one. http://randomnerdtutorials.wordpress.com/2013/02/01/arduino-poor-mans-oscilloscope/
How to control an arduino thru a phone
Actually its more of arduino via bluetooth to android phone. Still this could be useful for custom robots and such. Just the range of bluetooth is no so great. http://www.instructables.com/id/How-control-arduino-board-using-an-android-phone-a/
Even NASA is using Arduino
Interesting article where even NASA does some initial tinkering/prototyping with arduinos. http://www.engadget.com/2013/02/21/arduino-nasa/

Build a Wireless Robot
Interesting build with some scrap parts (kids old toys) , a quazi arduino, and other bits. I think I would have skipped using bluetooth thought… http://www.instructables.com/id/Wireless-Robot-V2-Support-WiFi-Bluetooth/
Atiny Serial Monitor using an arduino
If you are debugging an ATiny…this could be handy. http://www.instructables.com/id/Attiny-serial-monitor-using-arduino-walkthrough/

Control an arduino with TI wristwatch
Nice write-up on using TI’s chronos wristwatch (MSP430 under the hood) to control an arduino remotely. DOWN SIDE, that watch is like $35 dollars. http://www.instructables.com/id/Control-an-Arduino-With-a-Wristwatch-TI-eZ430-Chr/
Zero Cross Detector for Arduino
Well actually for Amtel processors. Its a nice note so you can wire the processor directly and know exactly when a line goes from positive to negative.
