Another build that is pretty detailed.

Doom on an ESP32

This has been making alot of rounds lately, DOM being ported to run on an ESP32 Pico board with a 240×240 tiny screen.

Nice Telsa Coil winder

With an Arduino as the controller, I actually wonder if this could be adapted to make windings for generators. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/tesla-coil-winding-machine-video-87864?homelistings#post190796

Arduino controlled Foam Cutter

I can’t remember if I did this once before, but I was looking at building one of these again. And stumbled on this build. Mostly has 3D printed parts and uses an arduino for the controller.

simple IOT moisture sensor

Interesting build with an arduino nano, an ESP-32 maybe a better solution next. https://www.hackster.io/buddhimaan/iot-moisture-sensor-788327

USB stack for Arduino that allows drag and drop

Basically it lets you treat the arduino like a USB drive to put files onto it. I needed to do this with one of my own projects, so having a simple TinyUSB library to do this is nice.

A double headed CNC plotter

I got a kick out of this, the author build another CNC out of PVC, this time it can “draw on both sides to make duplicate pictures at the same time. I like how the “z” axis is CDROM drive … Continue reading

Another nice CDROM to CNC build

What I like about this build is the only bits you use from the CDROM is the rails and motors, the rest is 3D printed parts. My 2 cents, I would use the motor and slide 3D printed parts, but … Continue reading

Impressive LED display build

If you need to make something like a score board and a clock. I like the build but I started thinking, instead of 3D printing the frame, it maybe quicker to use simple boxes and cut out the display part … Continue reading

A cheaper eggbot build

OK this is one of the cheaper and not looking cheezy builds I have seen for an eggbot. The sides are cut from wood (pattern available). Base is maker bar. Overall a simple build. And…instead of an arduino, its using … Continue reading
