Cool open source mason jar light design

Nice build for a solar lamp you can put in a mason jar.  My 2 cents, cheaper to buy a few LED candles and glue them to the jar.  The design is opensource, and looks nice, but…I figure about $10 in materials to build one.  I wonder if someone is china is making these….cheaper.
