Exam cheating with a Watch

Took me a bit after reading the article from gizmodo about this as to the location.  I guess the “gang” has been providing really big watches to help folks in Bangladesh cheat on exams.    And well…they finally got caught (after 3 years).  Interesting part is the custom watches from china look nothing more than a phone with a band glued on it.  Assuming the “watches” are the ones in the picture.  If you google the articles title you can dig up more about the whole scam.
