I was reading this last night (along with other articles) and I thought to myself, for 20-50 dollars, I can totally mess this system up.
Why 20-50 dollars, it’s what most social spammers have their rates set. So say a company using Xerox’s software is looking at which one of their products is the best, I could influence that by messing up the results by hiring a spammer to say the worst product they offer is the best.
Take this to a new level…politics. Anyone want to influence a senator with a click of a button and with on Lincoln?
This could be a whole new market for spammers out there.
