OpenROV, you own underwater explorer

I remember hearing about this project about a year ago (maybe a kickstarter project?).  Anyways, its a neat idea to build a sub/robot that can go down 100 feet.  For about 1 grand.  Me, they need to move that decimal over some more before I think about it.
