I’m calling bull on this one. The article goes on how contractors and houses are doing the “bait and switch” game where they contract out at one rate. And then send the work overseas. I hate to say it, but this has been going on for a long time before outsourcing. Its sometimes even have a name like “subcontracting” . And I remember many of contract houses (even ones overseas) that pull the bait and switch game where they float the experts infront of you to sign up, and then switch them with college kids.
