Ever wonder what happened to Xerox Welwyn Garden City

It was a big Xerox complex in England that from the sounds of it now, is empty.  I guess the local rep’s where trying to get it converted to apartments but hit some issues with it being in the middle of an industrial park.  My 2 cents, its better than just being empty.
