Xerox CRO, can’t get good recruits anymore.

What the Xerox CRO failed to mention as to why top talent wasn’t flocking to her verse Google/Facebook/etc for research jobs at MIT, was bettter benefits, job security, bonuses, prestige, etc etc etc.  Thats the one bit I got from the article.
