Xerox hiring 400 in Maryland

Mostly call center work in the health care industry.  Since Maryland isn’t exactly a “cheap’ state, I wonder what other incentives are at play here.  Perhaps part of a gov’mnt health care contract?  Either way its amazing how Xerox…well ACS, can open and close call centers at the drop of a hat.
