Xerox CFO leaves to go to Apple

Lots of articles out about this move (and the good for Apple).  Not too much about how it affects Xerox.  The guy wasn’t around long either (1-2 years?).  Wonder why the move.  In other words, was he looking for another job, or did this job come to him?
