Xerox CEO won’t be CEO after split, still Chairperson of Board

Some good news for Xerox, the current CEO will no longer be the CEO of either company after the split, BUT, she will be chairperson of the board for the Technology end.  Why is this good?  Well obviously the current management has messed up.  So a change is needed to get Xerox back on its feet.  I am a bit concerned about how much influence she will have with the board thought…
