OK this is promising from Xerox
Interesting article about Xerox and possible involvement with printing out medical devices. I could see a market here, simple, flexible circuits for healthcare that are disposable (and cheap). But….besides this article and a few I have seen over the years … Continue reading

Xerox is hiring R&D…wait a sec
This is a fluff article, but what really got me is it makes it sound like Xerox is hiring R&D (engineers/scientists/etc). But if I search on dice.com (referenced in the article as a big tool for recruiting by Xerox). I … Continue reading

Xerox speeding up traffic lights to get more tickets?
Interesting, one guy went way out his way to prove that Traffic light cameras (that issue tickets) where running seconds faster than ones without so they gave out more tickets. https://photographyisnotacrime.com/2016/02/26/new-york-man-proves-suffolk-county-red-light-camera-program-tricks-drivers-into-citations/

Xerox makes and app for Denver
Its interesting to see the strange ties Xerox (Services) has with government organizations. In this case they made an app for transporation and getting around in Denver. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160223006196/en/Denver-Pilots-Travel-App-Xerox-Grip-Urban

So if you go to the DMV, it may not be them that mess things up
It looks like Conn. State outsourcing of paperwork to Xerox for commercial truckers hit a problem, Xerox was underbilling the truckers. And the state wants its money. http://www.journalinquirer.com/connecticut_and_region/dmv-seeking-fees-from-commercial-truckers/article_396b2a10-d988-11e5-8b70-4b79f353aa62.html

Interesting article that points out where Xerox lost, others may gain
Interesting article about how Xerox lost alot of tech with PARC, but pointed out that its very important to do this work. And it can be successful for a company even if its not related to current business. Should be … Continue reading

Xerox does Trains?
Interesting that a part of Xerox…well part of for now…is building the ticketing system for a French train system. http://thelakeandeswave.com/2016/02/12/xerox-ceo-company-split-will-not-affect-rochester-n-y-jobs.html

Xerox CEO, maybe believes in Santa Claus too
Xerox’s current CEO is constantly telling media the the split of Xerox will not affect jobs. But many folks seem to be having a tough time swallowing that. Me, I agree with the “folks”. So could this be like kids … Continue reading

So, Will Xerox vanish in 2-3 years?
Interesting article (note you have to subscribe to see more than the first page). The author basically likes the split, but still doesn’t think the stock is worth it at its current price. What caught my eye is the thought … Continue reading
