Nice build, Only thing I would do a bit different is how the shaft/pinwheel is connected together.

This one is pretty impressive in that its more 3D than other foam cutters I have seen that are 2D. It has the base build similar to a rep-rap.
The author made some really long clamps. I like the wedge build to secure the end. My 2 cents, pipe clamp kits are under $5, and the pipe another $8….they don’t look as nice thought.
With a resin printer, you also will need a UV curing station to harden the final print. These can be a bit costly, but the author modified a home salon light to do this instead.

The author upgrades a 1610 (also can do 3018) to the size of a 5050, which is like 50 mm to 500mm. According to the author, it was cheaper than buying a 5050, and he did some other upgrades that are not on the standard 5050, so it seems like a good deal. Not sure on the cost difference thought. As far as I can tell, they all use the same spindle motor, so the swap should work out.

Or you can use it for other items (like a laser pointer). The build it all from 3D printed parts, 2 stepper motors, and an arduino with CNC shield. The sample videos show its moves pretty quick and smooth.

The author made his own bench cookies (as rocker makes some, but they are not cheap). That work just as well. Also he makes a holder for the cookies as well. The cookies are 4 inches wide and fit inside the 4 inch PVC pipe.

I have actually thought about this myself. I got the same Kreg Jig when they went on discount a bit back, and its nice, but it really needs wings on the sides for larger pieces. This table build is perfect for the Kreg Jig.
Been on a router jig kick. This is to make dados on wide boards. Only change I would make is the ability to mount a stop bit on the other end.

This one I like a bit better than the screw arm one. This one is a piece of plexiglass to act as a circle jig. I like how he uses 1/8 drill bit for the “center mark” and can use dremel used up bits for the pin.
