Make a tee-shirt can heater
Basically another variant off the toilet paper with isopropyl alcohol burner. Still if you have some old shirts to use up. This could be one way to get rid of them and use them…with a pumpkin. http://www.instructables.com/id/Metal-Can-T-Shirt-Heater-Rolled-Wick-Heater-SHTFSu/
Check out this miter sled for a tablesaw
Wow, smaller than the one I build (takes the whole table) and has a built in angle for the bit to cut. If I only had a proper plung router now…. This may go on the list for round 2 … Continue reading
Interesting Mod to a square for making center holes
Could be used for large circle cuts too. Interesting hack overall (you can get these squares at the dollar store these days). http://www.instructables.com/id/The-1-Marking-Center-and-Shelf-Pin-Layout-Tool/

Simple Solar water heater
Nice build overall. Not so sure I would use plywood for the backing in the elements. Could be a good away to heat small pools. I like the use of flashing for the backing. http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Solar-Water-Heater-Deluxe-Aluminum-Backed-COPP/
Nice write up on public key crypto
Its building off the standard Alice and Bob story. But still worth reading. Practical Public Key Cryptography
