Making your own metal lathe on the cheap

Interesting build. Not so sure I would go this far for a lathe, and maybe just go someplace instead. https://hackaday.com/2019/06/09/assembling-a-lathe-from-not-a-lot/

Make a softbox light

Interesting build. Not so sure I would use cardboard for the sides as if it gets wet…well its all over. But still an interesting and cheap build. http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/router-table-extension-table-saw-73218?homelistings#post134782

Making an Omnibot CNC plotter

First time I have seen one with 3 wheels instead of 4 and a write-up that involves the math behind it. Omni wheels have come down alot on price too…I saw some for $10 each. https://www.instructables.com/id/Omni-Wheel-CNC-Plotter-V2/

Make your own miter gauge for a table saw

I have been toying with doing this myself. Mostly cause the cost of a good miter is crazy expensive. http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/diy-ultimate-precision-miter-gauge-73052?homelistings#post134165

One big Marquee sign

Nice build, I like how the author used good stuff to firm up the back end of the sign and hide the wires. https://www.instructables.com/id/Massive-Marquee-Letter-Decorations/

A radio controlled wheelbarrow

The author did it to “race” the wheelbarrow. Me…interesting build and would be nice for a more practical use, like as a wheelbarrow that is motorized.

Extending the life of a wire brush

Basically use a hacksaw to cut off the part of the brush that is damaged.

Making a homemade silent air compressor
