Cool glow lamp build

Nice “cheap” build, where the author took an LED, battery, and a small clear bottle with some water and liquid glitter to make a nice looking glow lamp http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Glitter-Glow-Lamp/

Sundial on my list to print out

I think it might be a bit too tall for my printer, but this is a cool printout to do. http://www.3ders.org/articles/20151231-diy-3d-printed-sundial-displays-time-like-a-digital-clock.html

DIY coil winder for wind power generators

OK so you are going to make your wind turbine from scratch, well you need to make some coils and this is a nice way to help automate it and not mess up. http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Hand-Driller-Coil-Winding-Machine-with-Digital/

Demo vertical wind power with a pringles wind turbine

Still on the wind power kick.  This is a nice simple (and cheap) build, if you don’t count the magnet wire, to demo to kids wind power using a vertical based windmill http://www.instructables.com/id/Pringles-Wind-Turbine-Pleech—Version-One/
