Interesting build, the paver gives some stability, and the foam helps dampen the vibrations.

Interesting article on Google’s snapseed app for editing photos on your phone (can be used on apple too). I have it on my list to try, mostly since I am slowly converting to putting stuff up for sale from the camera/PC to using my phone.

Interesting article about a startup that has a robot that can rotate your tires for you. Makes sense with the costs of labor going up, but at a quarter of a mill for one robot….err…maybe costs have not gone up that much. 🙂
If it gets down to 100K, I could see alot of retail shops switching to this.

Nice build to repair or make a book. The old way. Basically the press pushes all the paper together so you can then stitch it up.
It has alot of nice features you find on the over $100 jigs. But is completely homemade. Me, not so sure I would have the patience to make this one.
Interesting custom built CNC for Hot Wire used to make wake board obstacles.

Pretty complex build, the author 3D printed the bits he needed to make a CNC with a scroll saw. Me….not entirely sure the benefit of this over a regular CNC, but its a nice build.

Clever build. I don’t see these builds ever making it to US due to regulations, and fear of lawsuits. But maybe other countries can use these ideas.

Another nice build for these foot based door openers…me…I would just buy one online for 10-20 dollars. But if you have time and materials….

Nice build. Not so sure I would make one as you can pick up a roller for $10. But, if you have the materials and time, what the heck go for it. Also this one looks more robust than the bought ones.
