Convert a batter fan to run off Dewalt batteries

I like this build.  I have one of the 02Cool fans and it uses an ungodly number of D batteries.  So this build is a nice alternative to that.  And cheaper (if you already have the materials). than buying the dewalt custom fan at $100.
