Another nice foam cutter setup

Never thought about using a foam cutter for letters.  This maybe something I work on for Haloween prop’s.  Little leery of using a 12v 2.1A power supply for it thought. http://www.instructables.com/id/Foam-Cutter-by-Brain-Washer/?ALLSTEPS

A really small and simple Hydrogen Generator

This is pretty neat, the generator is small enough that the hydrogen it generates seems to be low that risk of danger isn’t as bad as bigger ones.  and it makes a nice mini torch http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Mini-Hydrogen-Generator-TUTORIAL/?ALLSTEPS

Another look at the automated hacksaw

Looks like this is version 2.  Its on my list to build (bandsaws for metal are expensive).  He even has a BOM listing.  Looks like $80 in materials if you don’t have everything yourself. http://www.3ders.org/articles/20160626-maker-builds-diy-3d-printed-automatic-hacksaw-that-can-cut-steel.html Original site http://engineerd3d.ddns.net/power-hacksaw-road-to-cnc/ 3D stuff … Continue reading
