Turning a C Clamp into an Arbor Press
Clever build, basically the author has a set of 3D prints you can make to convert the 4 inch C-Clamp into a light dutye arbor press. Pretty clever build. Me…I like the build but I am not so sure I … Continue reading
Making a cheap fence for a bandsaw
OK I like this build, it is pretty simple and uses a cheap clamp from Harbor Freight. I am not so sure I would have gone as far as the author did planing the wood down thought. for a fit … Continue reading

A jig to make chain link fence
Interesting build…not so sure I would do it as its alot of work, and I can buy the result pretty cheaply. I guess if I had need for a custom size this would work well. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/genius-idea-your-home-business-perfect-manual-homemade-chain-link-fencing-mac-87897?homelistings#post190887
Making an hand router plane
So for me, I use an electric router, but if you are into doing everything with handtools, this could be a good build for you on how to make a hand router plane to cut grooves in wood. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/router-plane-video-87828?homelistings#post190677
Converting halogen to LED
Nice build, but…I went a step past this and replaced the actual halogen bulb with an LED one. https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/convert-halogen-work-lights-led-inexpensively-87769?homelistings#post190452
Use old irons for PVC pipe welding
The author took an old iron apart, put some holes into it to “mount” metal circles on it to put PVC pipe in/out to “melt” them so you can fuse those parts together. Interesting build, but make sure you do … Continue reading
Multiple vise ideas with pipe clamps
I like the saddle vise he build with a pipe clamp. This can be a cheaper way to make woodworking vises than buy.
Make a fence shooting board
OK first I had to look up what this was, basically its a board that you can change angles on and using a hand planer, plane down the end of a board for a given angle. I like the build … Continue reading
Interesting adds for a workshop
First jig is to hold material down on a drillpress. Not so sure I would do this one. Second jig is an interesting feather board build with PVC pipe for the “feather”. I do like this build, but I think … Continue reading

Nice build for a small portable sanding station
The author put alot of work and thought into this one. Not so sure I would do this build as it involves alot of expensive to buy parts vs parts I just have on hand. https://www.instructables.com/Portable-2in1-Disc-Drum-Sander/
