Nice homemade disc sander
I like the build, but…I would put a drill chuck on the end instead. And I think I would use a wall wart to power it. https://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Cordless-Disc-Sander/
Build a furnace with a weed burner
Not a bad idea, Propane weed burners are like $20 at Harbor Freight (before coupons). I am not so sure I would go to the extent the author did for building the housing, But I do like using this for … Continue reading
Another nice metal brake build
I like this build. Its doable with hand tools. Simple overall build too. https://www.instructables.com/id/Simple-Sheet-Metal-Brake-No-Welding/
Interesting take on building a drill holder from PVC pipe
I did something like this, but I cut out the slot, the author cuts a “T” into the pipe, then heats it up to bend out the ends. Looks nicer too. http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-Cordless-Driver-Holder-From-PVC-Pipe/
Turn your old filament spools into storage containers
I think I saw this a few months ago. Its a good idea if you have spare filament and a 3D printer big enough to do this. Creating Modular Storage out of Used Filament Spools

Nice build for a spline jig with a table saw
Nice build. Not sure if I would need to build one of these yet. https://www.instructables.com/id/Make-a-Simple-Spline-Jig/
How to bend PVC in some odd shapes
OK this takes it alot more farther than I have gone. Never thought to heat the sand up too. http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Bend-PVC-Make-Incredible-Shapes/
Interesting build for a CNC
Basically adding in a oil or air cooler. When you start dealing with metal you will need to cool the bit down or go really really slow. This build seems to be a relatively cheap method to do so ($100 … Continue reading

Check out this miter sled for a tablesaw
Wow, smaller than the one I build (takes the whole table) and has a built in angle for the bit to cut. If I only had a proper plung router now…. This may go on the list for round 2 … Continue reading
Interesting Mod to a square for making center holes
Could be used for large circle cuts too. Interesting hack overall (you can get these squares at the dollar store these days). http://www.instructables.com/id/The-1-Marking-Center-and-Shelf-Pin-Layout-Tool/
