Wow, this is overkill for a slingshot, cool, but overkill.  The author not only converted it to handle arrows, but added fire-starters, fishing line, flashlight, etc to it.  Its a bug-out-bag slingshot (missing arrows thought). http://www.instructables.com/id/The-survival-slingshot/

This is pretty cool, it can shoot arrow or ball bearings, but…it costs $140 dollars.  OUCH. Legal 50 round clip in NY?
