OK I like this build. The author uses a motor from a ceiling fan to “mash” the apples. The masher and press are both from plastic buckets. I have seen other builds like this over time. Note there are 2 videos (first one for masher, 2nd for press). Interesting how he uses 5 buckets for the press. I didn’t know you should also heat the juice to 160 degrees to pasturize it too.
