Need legal help with a contract…use LegalSifter

Since I seem to be on a start-up kick.  I stumbled on this article where the site, LegalSifter, helps look at a contract for a small company and see if there is any glaring issues in it.  So if you have a $500 gig, you don’t have to drop $400 on a lawyer to see if you have any legal problems.
