I haven’t used Zoneminder in…years. It was a good server for security cameras, but then everything went to IP cameras…
Anyways below is a good tutorial on how to setup it in Linux. Also they moved the project to github, and it looks like it is still active (thought slow) development. Maybe worth looking at again in the future.
