Two good articles about TDD and when and when not to use it. The first one goes on about not using it will lead to lots of issues in the future, which it true. But the second article points out that if you spent the 11 months to do it right, you may never survive that long to get it out the door. I like the 2nd article better since it basically says, get a prototype done, and out there. Then take the feedback from the prototype and do it right (with TDD).
