Wait, they have powdered alcohol?

Apparently NY is the 21st state to ban powdered alcohol.  I didn’t even know such a thing existed.  God this just sounds like a bad idea.  Most folks have issues with spiked drinks or drinking when they thought they shouldn’t, … Continue reading

LED Tiki Torches

OK this was another neat build.  The author basically puts LED’s in a mason jar with glass beads and puts it ontop of a tiki torch.  Looks cool.  Oh its an Atiny that is controlling the LED’s. http://makezine.com/2015/08/11/mason-jar-led-tiki-torches-glow-any-color/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=%24{feed}&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+%24{makezineonline}+%28%24{MAKE}%29&utm_content=%24{GoogleReader}

Make a light up Tie`

I like this build, its simple, and can be tranferred to other ties.  Thought I think I would add a pin or something to attach it with. http://www.instructables.com/id/Easy-LED-Tie/

A better way to store wood in the garage

The author uses pieces of down spout to hold the wood up in the rafters.  This way you don’t have everything bunched up there. http://www.todayshomeowner.com/video/diy-overhead-storage-rack-from-downspout/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+danny-lipford+%28Today%27s+Homeowner+with+Danny+Lipford%29
