Nice build for a better spout control on a gas can. http://www.instructables.com/id/No-Spill-Fuel-Pourer/
Turn an old paintcan into a tool carousel
Nice build, paint the can, find an old motor or something that spins to mount it to, and screw/bolt in the holders, then mount the whole thing under a cub bard. My 2 cents, I would like to see having … Continue reading

Water filter for ash vaccuming
Interesting build, similar to what I did for a dust collector for a shop vac. The difference is the intake line seems to go into the water so the ash gets sucked into the water on its way thru. Good … Continue reading
Convert a grinder into a biscuit jointer
I almost fell over on this one. The author took a grinder, and basically added a joiner blade to it and a jig to make it into a biscuit jointer. And it seems to work pretty good. grinders at Harbor … Continue reading
Build a portable, adjustable Power Supply
I wasn’t even thinking about the portable bit of this build. This is a nice simple adjustable power supply build with a readout for about …say $25 in parts on the high end. http://www.instructables.com/id/Portable-Adjustable-Mini-Powersupply/
Another nice hack for Ryobi Cordless Tools
Overall Ryobi makes some nice cheap cordless power tools. Yes I would love dewalt or other stuff. But, Ryobi batteries have been backwards compatible, and that makes a world of a difference for a cheap person like me. Downside…sometimes the … Continue reading
A better PVC clamp
The author made some nicer PVC clamps, his first attempt I could see issues with the handles breaking off. The the second one (pictured) is nice and simple. Only hard part I see is making the holes. http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-PVC-Clamp/
The poor mans electrolysis setup
I got a kick out of this one. Only issue I saw was drilling holes thru rebar isn’t exactly easy. Maybe a clamp would have been a better approach (hose clamp). http://www.instructables.com/id/Electrolysis-Bucket/
Make some simple grip blocks
Nice build (cheaper than buying from rockler) . Basically the author buit simple blocks to hold cabinet mat material for “sticky” blocks. http://www.instructables.com/id/Grippy-Work-Holders-/
King of Random makes a cool portable styrofoam cutter
Nice build. Simple too. http://lifehacker.com/cut-and-shape-styrofoam-efficiently-with-this-diy-styr-1754128419
