Build a simple foam cutter (or paper cutter, depending on your needs)

Nice build the author did to take a roll of foam and automate cutting it to a given size.  My 2 cents, could do the same thing with paper towel or paper.  Down side, I think the parts he used for this is a bit pricy (could be done cheaper).
