Xerox hires now based on data and personality tests

Interesting article how Xerox is using data and personality test data to base on if they should hire someone for a call center  (mostly cause they want to make sure the new hire sticks around longer than 6 months).  So basically you fail those tests that you never knew where there, you could be out of a job before even getting to the interview.
