Cincinnati still Mulling Xerox managing meters

Looks like the city is still undecided on having a contract with Xerox (longterm one at that) for managing its parking meters.  Xerox believes it will save the city money and upgrade the meters.  Some of the city officials seem on the fence and thing that it would be about the same cost if they do it themselves.
