Work for Xerox? You maybe profiled

Interesting article about how Xerox is using computers and math to figure out if someone would be a good worker, worth prompting, etc etc.  And a bit scary too since things could fall behind the cracks.  Also folks could simply adapt to the new filtering methods to get in too once they learn what they are.  I see these problems allot with the resume filters H.R. groups use that filter out allot of people that actually would have been good fits.

But then again, Xerox seems to only be using this for call center support, which has a huge turnover.
