Another possible micro windturbine in the works

I have been waiting since 2008 for a simple micro windturbine that could be applied to residential buildings.  Sofar it hasn’t happened except some cheap junk you can find on ebay.  It sounds like this company Enel in Rome is got something in the works, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
