Xerox using big data to hire/fire/promote employees

I have heard the stories of the “drunk night postings” on social sites causing issues with getting a job.  But this is a new one for me, not surprising thought.  Companies like Xerox are now using datamining to determine if a possible or existing employee would be good for them or not.  This makes me a bit nervous since datamining has been shown with marketing to be full of holes.  I can’t imagine adding this to the already existing issues with robots for resumes just to get your foot in the door for an interview.
