To think, Xerox employees could have been working for Apple all these years
Interesting to see Steve Jobs ambitions. If he had his way in the 1980’s. Xerox may have been a very different animal than it is today. Of course it might have been even smaller than it is today too…. http://www.marinij.com/business/20150303/1987-sculley-jobs-plotted-to-take-over-xero

This seems like a step down from other places she has talked to graduating college kids. http://williamsrecord.com/2015/03/18/ursula-burns-to-speak-at-commencement/

Nice build of a CNC with old CDROM Drives
I like this CNC build with CDROM drives. It looks more stable than others I have seen. Unfortunately the write up is a bit confusing. And for a laser engraver. But you get the general idea. http://www.instructables.com/id/Laser-engraving-machine-Producing-Laser-Engraving-/

Nice hack to make your own custom drawer handles
The author took some old toys, gave them a coat of paint and put a bolt thru them to make drawer pulls. Neat idea but a few changes I would make to this would be: I would have a spacer … Continue reading
Another interesting build with Motion Detection and an arduino (ATiny)
Another project with an ATiny and a motion detector (like from RadioShack) where the author uses it to turn LED lights on and off and adjust the brightness of the lights based on proximity. The author build it own board … Continue reading

Cool laser cut wheel for a servo uses rubberbands for traction
I like this build, thought I would modify it for CNC to cut it out (don’t have laser). Its a pretty simple build that uses a rubber band for traction. http://www.instructables.com/id/Lasercut-wheel-with-traction/
