Nice build from King of Random for hidden shelf
I like this build. Looks better than some commercial ones I found on the net. http://lifehacker.com/hide-your-valuables-in-this-diy-secret-compartment-shel-1786150113

Make holders for your fake tomb stones
OK I got a couple of these for haloween, and I can totally relate to the author about them flying off. Not sure if I will have time to build it though. http://www.instructables.com/id/Halloween-Tombstone-Anchors-Bases/

Clever hack for biking with a skirt
Add a magnet to a leg band, and then something colorful glued onto some metal to hold your cloth in place. Good idea. http://www.instructables.com/id/Bicycle-Riding-Magnetic-Skirt-Band/
This is just sad, Retired expert Apple Engineer can’t get work at Genius Bar

Here is a simple build for a windmill
Simple build. The author is a bit scary with power tools (way he handles them). Apparently doesn’t have a tablesaw. Or the homemade welder…. http://www.newphysicist.com/make-vertical-axis-wind-turbine/

Simple Stirling Engine build
As long has you have a test tube that can take heat. This is a pretty clever idea that you can do with kids to show how a stirling engine works. http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Stirling-Engine-at-Home/
