3D print your own bladeless fan

Ironically its not really blade less (fan is actually located in the base of these things).  This one is pretty neat build, uses a computer fan to push the air. https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printed-Portable-Bladeless-Fan/

Nice looking table from 2x4s

If I happen across a bunch of 2×4’s, this could be a nice build.  Even if they are old ones you could paint them and then cut and install. https://www.instructables.com/id/Suduko-Coffee-Table/

I got a kick out of this, Dev’s top chouces are Python, C, and Java.  Employers, its Java, C, Python.  Being a C/C++ and Python dev myself, I guess I am in a good place. https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/07/21/python_java_c_programming_languages/

Make a wood tap from screws

I got a kick out of this.  pretty simple build with some standard tools.  Not so sure what I would need to tap wood for (typically just put a nut on the end). Simple Shop-made Taps for Threading Wood

OK this is pretty funny

The author built a simple robot that climbs up a rope, and then cuts the line. Oh and falls down to the ground too. http://www.3ders.org/articles/20170702-diy-3d-printed-ropebot-can-climb-trees-and-cut-down-ropes.html
